Empress Senior Living is a 3 story, 73-unit campus for senior adults. It is located in the Laurelhurst neighborhood of Seattle. This project involved the ground-up construction of the building. The construction included a parking garage, a restaurant on the street level, and many other amenities besides the residential units.
